From the Beginning of my childhood I have a point of view about importance of health body and a peace full mind in life, I got a training in physical exercises from a family friend in the age of 10. I continued the practicing from the time, its helped me to achieve physical fitness and confidence in my teenage. Then also I have an urge from my inside from the methods which will help to deeper and connect with subtle energy within me. I had reading books and talking with people about this topic. I try to meet the people  who could help me to find the path. I joined for my first meditation camp in 2003 from there I got initiated in yoga asana, Pranayamas, Meditation techniques and sudharshana Kriya which is credited by sri Ravi Shankarji the founder of the art of living foundation . That initiation of sadhana helped me very much in my spiritual journey . I continued practicing  and seeking some time to reading and meeting the masters,on the way I meet many senior seekers and they helped me by  sharing their experiences and knowledge with me

My Experience in Sivanada Ashram

My first visit to sivanada ashram in kerala was in 2008. The ashram experience and atmosphere created me the thought to learn yoga systematically and to be a yoga teacher, from I was visited ashram for few weeks in every years

I completed my yoga teacher training course in sivanada ashram at 2014 and I had been there 15 month as karmayogi to be learn yogic systems and teaching more deeply and I had been meet many grate people and assisted many grate teachers in the time of being ashram. After one year I had completed my yoga Advanced teacher training course at sivanda ashram Madurai and I had completed Mysore Ashtanga yoga with the blessing of universal mother

I share my yoga experience with 1000 of beautiful soul from 2014. I will happily continue it to till the moment the mother makes me to meet the universal father Siva- the pure Consciousness
