Peaceful and calm place to practice yoga. Smooth communication with Pradhi, and easy to drop in at morning class. Nice view to the sea!

Amazing yoga lessons with Pradhi. Yoga as more than a physical experience but as a tool for spiritual practice. The lessons were challenging but soothing. Included pranayama and mantra chanting. This is the yoga that I started my journey with and something I had not found for a long time. Definitely recommend

It was a really nice experience. Pradhi is doing a great job. With his calming manner he creates a feel-good atmosphere and responds well to the participants. I would definitely recommend to join his courses.

The yoga class of Pradhi exceeded expectations. Pradhi’s expertise and guidance were exceptional, making the practice both enriching and beneficial. During my stay in Varkala, I attended multiple practices since I loved it so much 🧘‍♀️ Pradhi’s personalized approach added a unique touch, ensuring that everyone felt supported on an individual level. Highly recommend this class for anyone seeking a meaningful and personalized yoga experience, for starters and advanced people as well.

Pradeep’s guidance has helped to transform me inside and out. I met him 7 years ago while staying at an Ayurvedic retreat in Wayanad. His yoga classes were part of holistic treatment and allowed me to realise how shallow my previous 6 years of Western-based yoga experience and practice had been.Until I met Pradeep, I viewed yoga as a tool for flexibility and strength. However, over the years he's helped me to understand and feel that these are merely byproducts, not the goal or intention of a practice and journey which is meant to be a spiritual one.I maintained my practice with Pradeep through online classes, which saved me during lockdown, and was so grateful to be able to reconnect with him in person at Mad About Coco in Varkala where he offers affordable drop-in classes at 8:30am and 5pm daily, practising on a rooftop that takes in the lush surrounds and Arabian Sea views.I have now learned the importance of keeping my mind with my body and breath, accepting and allowing the flow rather than forcing it for the sake of achieving postures. I am grateful for Pradeep’s gentle yet clear guidance that has led me to decolonise my practice and understand the true essence and benefit of yoga as a spiritual practice, one which does not end on the mat but should be carried into everyday life. All is and can be yoga if approached with conscious awareness, intention and mindfulness.Thank you Pradeep. I look forward to continuing my practice with you, both online and in person, for many years to come.

It was great to practice with Pradhi. He has a very gentle way of guiding and explaining, not only the asanas but everything else. A very complete class, with chanting and an amazing Savasana to close the practice.Thank you so much!
